-Due to hygiene and security reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds on all Skincare/Beauty products. All sales are final on these types of products.
-For quartz & crystals: You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
-Your item must be in same condition that you received it
-Once we receive your item we will inspect it and then issue a refund.
-We will refund the cost of each item returned if perfect condition minus (-) a 10% restocking fee.
-If item arrives broken, refund will not be issued
-You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item.
-Shipping costs are non-refundable.
